Alba Spectrum Group announces readiness of its new version of Microsoft Great Plains 9.0 – Microsoft Retail Management (RMS) Integration. This version has many advanced features, such as Dexterity forms where you setup integration mapping and can run integration on demand. Considering the fact, that this integration is capable to handle data transfer for virtually unlimited number of RMS Stores to unlimited number of Great Plains companies (typically you run it on the level of RMS Headquarters database) – it can automate any size of retail business, where Microsoft Retail Management does the job. For small retail business you can run integration on the store database level. Some features:
• Sales Order Processing or Accounts Receivable. You can select either SOP or AR. In the case of AR it creates proper account distribution to make posting flawless
• Purchase Order Processing. Integration enables purchasing control from Microsoft Dynamics GP POP module, while purchasing data entry is on the RMS Headquarters or RMS store level
• Technology. Integration core is the set of SQL Stored Procedures, this gives you aggregate SQL level data transfer performance
• Scheduled SQL Job. If your retail business has dozens or hundreds of stores – you can create scheduled job in SQL Server to run integration automatically overnight
