As the outsourcing market continues to grow and expand, Trestle Group Research felt that an in-depth look at vendor-side market dynamics would help industry-side executives to be better prepared when selecting partners for their outsourcing initiatives. To accomplish this task, we surveyed outsourcing service providers world-wide to establish a profile for vendor success and uncover the key issues they face.
