“Living History Makers Entrepreneur Award”

APPLICATIONS DUE NO LATER THAN APRIL 14, 2006
What: Turning Point Magazine, The African American Chamber of Commerce of Palm Springs, the TPC Foundation Inc., and Wells Fargo present the African American Business Summit 2006 and the “Turning Point Magazine/Wells Fargo 2006 Living History Maker Entrepreneur Award”. This $5,000 cash award will be presented at African American Business Summit 2006, themed “P³: Power Passion Profit” June 21st-25th, 2006. Applications are being accepted until April 14, 2006.
The African American Business Summit is the largest business-to-business conference that brings together business owners, corporate executives and decision makers in an environment that cultivates the exchange of information and strategies that will lead to the expansion of black business.
Turning Point Magazine/Wells Fargo Living History Maker Entrepreneur Award pays tribute to one African American business owner who best exemplifies the spirit of a living history maker. The recipient will be awarded a trophy and $5,000 at the African American Business Summit 2006. Submit all requirements, on or before: APRIL 14, 2006. All applications will be subject to credit approval.
When: The Award will be presented at the African American Business Summit 2006 Luncheon on Thursday, June 22, 2006
