White Rock Office Services is expanding its operation of office rental to a new building opening soon in South Surrey.

April 11, 2006 (Press Release) -- White Rock Office Services is expanding its operation of office rental to a new building opening soon in South Surrey.

After many years of operating in the second floor of the Coast Capital building in White Rock, White Rock Office Services is opening a new business centre in the new Peninsula Business Centre located in 24th avenue between 153rd and 154th avenue in South Surrey, the first of June 2006.
While continuing to rent offices in the Coast Capital Building, The new building will provide tenants with executive suites in a central location, close to banks, highways, Chamber of Commerce, retail shops, theatres and much more.
The tenants of these executive suites ranging from 109 sqft to 189 sqft, will be able to use a state of art boardroom as well as reception area and services, copy room, kitchen area and during the summer a fully furnished terrace. This modern building will provide tenants with most comfort and luxury.
Each office will have wireless Internet connections, 2 phone lines and plenty of natural light. These offices are rented in a month-to-month agreement, very beneficial for the tenant and are a packaged office. While enjoying all the benefits of an executive suite, the higher expenses such as reception, copier machines, faxes, boardroom space, elevator and so forth are shared by all the tenants making this privileges affordable and accessible to the small business owner or the entrepreneur.
White Rock Office Services has 20 offices for rent in the Peninsula Business Centre. Construction of the offices is underway now but June 1 is the chosen date for the grand opening. Local merchants and clientele will be invited to attend the grand opening; nonetheless, White Rock Office Services will continue its operations in the Coast Capital building for at least another year and a half when the building will be demolished to accommodate a new construction that will have commercial and residential. It is expected that White Rock Office Services will continue to have offices in this new development as well.
