It is with great pleasure that Worldwide Baseball Prospects (WBP) wishes to announce the launch of Phase One of their new website, www.WorldwideBaseballProspects.com, primarily a cost effective vehicle for families and high school baseball players wishing to excel in Academics & play Baseball at the College or University level. WBP provides requirements and needs of institutional coaches and creating a key player-coach introduction.
President and General Manager of WBP, J.D. Nicholls, has pulled together a "Line-up" of extremely skilled professionals to form the WBP Advisory team. The team has played a fundamental role in delivering qualified information, which is one of many key business practices of WBP. The WBP Team is made up of, 1991 National Baseball Hall of Fame inductee and Chairman of the Fergie Jenkins Foundation Inc. Ferguson (Fergie) Jenkins; President of the Fergie Jenkins Foundation, Carl Kovacs; Pitching Coach with the New York Yankees Organization, Gil Patterson; ; Director & Owner of Velocity Sports Performance in Tulsa OK, Scott Glanz; President of the Las Vegas Baseball Academy, Mike Martin; Recruiting Co-coordinator and Pitching Coach at the University of California-Santa Barbara and Director of Advanced Pitching Concepts, Tom Myers; former Hitting and Infield Coach for the Cincinnati Reds Organization and Director of Frozen Ropes, Velocity Sports Performance in Tulsa OK, Randy Whisler; President and Founder of AdmissionsConsultants Inc., Dave Petersam; Director of the Diamond for Excellence Baseball & Softball Academy, Rocky Vitale; Owner and President of ProWay Sports Instructional Services, Marty Hall and recent graduating player/coach from Dakota Wesleyan University, Jordan Will. This professional assembly will be joined by other experts in their field as momentum builds.
