(Hayward, Ca) Thursday, April 20 2006 – Bisha Buxtonaire creator of F4nADa (pronounced “F-for-Nada”), or Famous for Nothing, is taping at Big Ticket Productions studio in Los Angeles June 26th ,to appear on Judge Judy. The witty self made Buxtonaire is suing her ex-publicist Juliette Harris of “It Girl” Public Relations. This will be the second trial for the two, the first trial ended with a court judgement awarding $5000 dollars to Bisha. Ms. Harris has since filed an appeal and was awarded a new trial. Bisha contacted the producer’s at Judge Joe Brown which is also produced by Big Ticket Productions however there interests is in family and friends suits. There producer advised passing the case over to Judge Judy’s team and Bisha was contacted within in days after. A press release will follow pre-airing of the taping which will be early summer.
This unscripted reality began when Bisha was approached on the Red Carpet while working at Bet’s Comedy Awards in Los Angeles in 04' by a now former publicist working for Ms. Harris owner of “It Girl”Public Relations. With Ms.Harris’s company representing some of Hollywood’s heavy hitters and brands such as Nelly ,Apple bottoms ,Kelly Rowland, Juvenile , DaDa foot wear, and Chingy, Bisha was ultimately convinced when compared to Juliette’s clients “Hot Mom’s Club” that she could take the F4nada brand to the Main Stream. Bisha and Juliette’s business relationship began early July 05' and continued through her successful debut in Aug at the Magic Expo in Las Vegas. Bisha ended there relationship in October 05' when Juliette breached there contract which involved a highly publicized missed opportunity with Star 98.7 in conjunction with The Life for Lounge concert with appearances by Melissa Etheridge, Desperate Housewives and other well known celebrities;Other publicity opportunities immediately ceased included presenting F4nada clothing to owner’s like Sharon Segal and other’s of Hollywood hot spot boutiques. Bisha began this matter as a civil case however Ms. Harris quickly involved the authorities filing a criminal complaint as well as filing a restraining order, both were false and quickly dismissed after appearing in court and an informal criminal hearing. Bisha’s suit has since increased from $5000 to $7000 she currently seeks $2000 in punitive damages for these false allegations which possibly lead her to missing out on winning ABC’s American Inventor’s due to disclosure’s of all matters involving crime which included restraining orders.
