Martin Cartwright and Mike Pratt have teamed up to bring their latest idea to the internet.
Consisting of over 250 team pages, the site is set to become a massive collection of fans photos sitting in the stands of their own teams. The layout of each page is highly original, with seating, steps and advertising boards along the foot of each stand. It is hoped that the fans' photos will gradually take up the seats giving the appearance of a 'sell-out crowd'. Submission of a photo is free. But, for a small fee of £15, the first 170 or so on each page will get a permanent position (and not subject to scrolling), together with mouse-over comments and links to web and e- mail if required.
Pages cover a variety of sport: English, Scottish and World Cup football, rugby and cricket are extensively covered. Other sports include Athletics, Formula 1, Golf, Horse Racing, Skiing, Snooker, Table Tennis and Tennis.
The welcoming front page lists the top 5 best supported teams for each main sport; competition for these places could prove interesting!
