The latest announcement from Zhongguancun Software Association on 24th April 2006 was one of the happening news in the Software Outsourcing news.

May 1, 2006 (Press Release) -- On this date association declared approximately US$ 2 million in IT Outsourcing and Development business was up for snatches in the Second Software Outsourcing conference in Beijing, China which started off on April 18 2006 and over on April 20 2006.

Four Offshore Outsourcing firms, mainly from Europe and America countries, were preparing to discover software developers and programmers at the meeting to manage their to-be outsourced assignments valued at about US$ 2 million, according to the news. Among these Software Outsourcing companies, a US-based national chain supermarket firm would outsource their company’s Information Technology System development work in the next 10 years time period, which was part of company’s management system. The first segment of this project alone would sum to US$ 500,000, according to Company Zsoft.

Software Outsourcing meeting

The Software Outsourcing exhibition, organized by Zhongguancun Software Association (Zsoft), is a base for internal and local software developers and service providers along with mainly Offshore Outsourcing companies to assemble business partners and strike contracts. Throughout the second meeting, Zsoft also commenced its English version website, facilitating potential contributors to book the Software Outsourcing meeting admittance tickets online.

The English website of the company would also function as a base through which software developers, IT service providers and business outsourcers could assemble for discussion and idea sharing. A contract proposal, which is mutually supported by Zsoft and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, was also commenced in the conference to entice American overseas business services to the globe.

In an offer to assist the Software Outsourcing business and functions graceful from America to China, Zsoft had previously arranged a special base last November which is particularly aiming American Offshore Outsourcing companies and where small-sum overseas business contracts can be discussed and traded.
