REP Commercial Negotiates 5-Year Lease for Western Pacific Escrow at Del Amo Square in Lakewood, CA

Western Pacific Escrow signed a five-year lease for 1,262 square feet at Del Amo Square located at the corner of Del Amo and Palo Verde Avenue in Lakewood. The value of the lease could not be disclosed.

Brian Russell, based in REP Commercial�s Irvine office, represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Jennifer Meade of Festival Management Corp. of Los Angeles represented the landlord, Palo Verde Partners, LLC of Los Angeles. The tenant is expected to open at the beginning of June 2006 at 4900 Palo Verde Avenue.
