The portal is based on Digimaker – The .net CMS, for content management and navigation while utilizing FAST’s own ESP 5.0 enterprise search platform to provide unparalleled search capabilities. Although the scope of this project is limited to the re-launch of www.fastsearch.com on a future platform, the strategic potential is much greater. The tight integration between the two technologies is what yields such impressive results.
