New Belkasoft Extractors Let Users Extract History from All Popular Internet Messengers like ICQ, Miranda, Yahoo! Messenger, &RQ and Microsoft MSN Messenger

Belkasoft has announced the release of a new family of tools that let users extract history from all popular internet messengers. The family features Belkasoft Universal IM History Extractor Pro, which serves as a universal extractor of history from many internet messengers. Customers will also discover other ad hoc extractors for history extraction from such very popular messengers as ICQ (including versions from 99а to ICQ 5), Miranda, Yahoo! Messenger, &RQ, Microsoft MSN Messenger. You can save extracted history as plain text, HTML or XML.
“Our extractors are aimed at home and office users,” says Alex Romanov, marketing communications manager at Belkasoft. “Parents can use an extractor to monitor online conversations of their kids to make sure that they don’t get into dangerous situations. Or, an extractor can be used by an employer to expose internet abuse by employees who, instead of work, put their energy into non-work related chats.
Belkasoft extractors offer users much flexibility and convenience in extracting history. You can specify a particular time period to extract history. Or, you can specify a user and extract history records related to him or her. In extraction, you are not required to know a password, which is especially convenient for those users who forgot or lost it for some reason. In just a few clicks you can create a backup copy of history and look through it later when time permits. You can do it manually or take advantage of a scheduler, which is available in a Pro version of an extractor. Also, users of a Pro version can discover an ability to extract from the command line.

No wonder. That was the only extractor that supported ICQ 2003b without flaws. After that we added a support for many other popular internet messengers like Miranda, Yahoo! Messenger, MSN, &RQ. In the nearest future we shall implement a support for Trillian, Skype, QIP and others. Also, soon we shall make an ICQ history index plug-in for Google Desktop Search. With this plug-in in place, you can get an ability to index your own ICQ history and search in it using convenient and powerful tools in Google Desktop Search.”
