There is a chance to roam the promenade filled with booths of great health services and merchandise such as fitness related clothing, supplements, and exercise equipment. Main stage demonstrations will give audiences a taste of the high caliber fitness competitions, Doctors seminars and championship arm wrestling. With its strategic new partner the Cherry Hill Regional Chamber of Commerce the expo will rise to a new level of excellence! Events The 2006 Wellness Expo is South Jerseys largest fitness and health celebration. The crowds of athletes, spectators and exhibitors are expected to be well over 5,000. The long list of crowd-pleasing events and booths are both exciting and diverse. If you are looking for general health info or heated fitness competition the Enterprise Center on Rt. 38 is the place to be on September 23rd.Free health information and screenings also will be available. The American Red Cross is holding a Blood Drive as well as the American Heart Associations Spinning Fund Raiser.
Highlights: Among the annual expo highlights are personal appearances by well-known Physicians, celebrities and star athletes from around the area. Along with the Pilates and Yoga Workshops the expo features up to 100 booths for professionals and fans that want the latest in fitness goods and services. The main theaters entertainment includes physique competitions, Doctors seminars, and fitness fashion show.
· 9am to 1pm American Heart Association Spin-a-thon
· 10am to 9pm Expo opens up to 100 interactive booths and exhibits.
· 11am to 1pm Fitness Pre-Judging including figure and physique
· 1:30pm to 3:00pm Doctors and Experts Seminars
· 3pm to 5pm Arm Wrestling Championships
· 4pm Strong Man and Strong Woman Contest
· 2pm to 5pm Martial Arts Demo Teams
· 6pm to 9pm Night Show Finals with intermission Fashion Show
· 7:30pm Intermission Door Prize Drawings
· 9pm EXPO CLOSES
