30 – 45 – 60 minute sessions
According to their level of fitness, athletes and joggers can choose different running tracks of 30, 45 or 60 minutes of length. Personalized consulting

MP3 Running was developed over the last five years by consultant and artist Andy A. Treichler in Lausanne, Switzerland. He uses the power of music and rhythm, combined with specific coaching to overcome mental struggles and motivational problems. The basic concept is to use the positive environment that running can offer with subconscious mental impulses. “ There is incredible power in coaching, it can make all the difference to success. While running we are constantly influenced by our own little voice in our heads, but not always to our advantage. With MP3 Running I wanted to use this potential to improve mental and physical performances. And it works.” Andy A. Treichler is also using music to unite people in positive action.
