Cannes, France - Reports from Cannes, France have revealed that 2008 Presidential Candidate and Entrepreneur filmmaker Daniel Imperato has been seen meeting with Academy Award nominated Actress Catherine Deneuve.
Deneuve won the César Award for Best Actress in 1981 for her performance in Le Dernier métro. She won the César Award for Best Actress a second time for her starring role in the 1992 film, Indochine and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for the same performance.
Reports have the two meeting along with i1films’ Julio Herzer, who is a co-producer of the upcoming release, The Red Worm.
Herzer, who has brings Hollywood experience from movies like Rocky IV and hit television shows as the WB’s charmed and Magnum PI, has been coordinating with Imperato the assembly of The Red Worm’s cast of producers, technicians, and actors
To date the film has attracted the likes of Marty Eli Schwartz, Charlie Matthau, son of the late Walter Matthau, renowned composer Tim Truman, Academy Award nominated Frank Stallone, and has even garnered interest from Al Pacino.
Potentially the group could have been discussing a role for Deneuve, or even potentially a producer slot on the film.
