Cannes, France - May 24, 2006 - Over the weekend at the exclusive MTV party in Cannes to celebrate the annual Cannes Film Festival, Hawaiian Tropic Founder, Ron Rice, officially endorsed the candidacy of Daniel Imperato (www.imperatobrooks.com) for the White House in 2008.
The Daytona Beach native, who is also a fellow entrepreneur, identified with Imperato’s industrious spirit and his desire to see America succeed.
“As a guy who started out with a $500 loan from my father, a garbage can, a garage, and a dream, I know what the meaning of hard work is. Daniel Imperato is the definition of the American success story, having come from humble beginnings to rise to international success. I believe that his mentality as a businessman is what America needs,” stated Rice.
Rice was also impressed with Imperato’s relations around the world and his ability to reach out to people of different cultures.
“The man is uncanny. He has the ability to reach out to so many different people and he has the ability to relate to their culture, background, and heritage. His unique set of interpersonal skills would be a major asset to the White House in order to bring back respect, honor, and dignity to the United States,” expressed Rice.
In terms of ballot access, Rice also pledge to lend his support and his help in whatever way possible.
“For an independent ballot access is the key. You have to have a street marketing campaign that is second to none. When it comes to having people on the field and getting out your message, you need as many people as possible. Daniel knows that he has my full support and I will assist him in whatever way that I can for his ballot access.”
