May 26, 2006 (Press Release) -- Free-Credit-Repair-Advice.com, a new credit website that shows you how repair your credit, has added a free 5 day eCourse to their collection of free credit repair resources. The eCourse is called 5 Ways to Repair Your Credit and subscribers receive 5 e-mails over 5 days, each e-mail devoted to one aspect of credit repair.

The 5 topics covered include:

1.) Get Your Credit Report- This step is crucial - all credit information is reported by banks and the like to credit bureaus, who in turn hold the key to credit repair.

2.) Contact Creditors- Once you have taken a look at your credit report and determined that it is accurate, the next step in credit repair is make contact with the creditors that you have delinquent accounts with.

3.) Try And Circumvent The Collection Agency- The final and worst step that a creditor will take is to sell your outstanding debt to a collection agency.

4.) Look Into A Secured Credit Card- Credit repair can be a slow process, and you may find
yourself building your credit back up bit by bit over a long period of time. A good place to start is with a "secured" credit card.

5.) Consider A Company That Specializes In Credit Repair- If you find that none of the above things are working for you in terms of credit repair, consider going to a company that specializes in the process.

At the end of the 5 day eCourse, subscribers will have a good base of knowledge on how to repair their credit, some of it basic, but often overlooked.

"When I created Free-Credit-Repair-Advice.com, my goal was to provide credit repair content that visitors would get something out of and, more importantly, provide it at no cost," says owner, Ryan Cote. "Since the website is financially supported by Google Adsense, I'm able to do exactly that. And I felt the free 5 day eCourse was an important addition because it makes the website that much more helpful."
