June 2, 2006 (Press Release) --
Late last month a group of poker players, who are playing in this years World Series of Poker, launched a myspace.com type clone for poker players. The site, http://www.mypokerpeers.com is operated by 3 poker players who have already signed on a few poker pros to promote the site.
Considering we grew tired of all the SPAM on myspace.com we went ahead and launched mypokerpeers. This site will not be a haven for adult entertainment websites. Nor will it be a place were sexual minded adults can harvest minors.
The site lets people contact like minded poker players, discuss poker poker strategies and tips, keep a blog about thier poker expierences etc.
You can also search for and find poker players near your home town to get some home games going. Intrested in learning more? Check out http://www.mypokerpeers.com
