June 5, 2006 (Press Release) --
Toronto, Canada (FreePress) June 7 – David and Stephanie Ciccarelli, co-founders of Interactive Voices Inc., recently nominated for the Young Entrepreneurs award, may find themselves leaving on a jet plane headed for Moncton, New Brunswick in mid October of this year. The Young Entrepreneurs Awards were established by the Business Development Bank of Canada in 1988, and recognize young entrepreneurs between the ages of 19 to 35 who have distinguished themselves by their business sense and innovative spirit.
Interactive Voices has designed, created and implemented web-based software for the world's largest corporations and broadcast entities to hire language translators and voice-over professionals since the year 2004. Interactive Voices has developed an international reputation for providing the best voice-over services and economical solutions using the most intuitive project management system in the audio industry.
Company CEO, David Ciccarelli says, "At Interactive Voices, we create faster, better and easier ways ‘To connect clients with professional voice-over talents online.’ We aim to build the largest database of recorded voices in existence, including a voice from every nation and every language. It is an honour to be nominated for the Young Entrepreneur Award.”
The winners are selected by a panel of business people, entrepreneurs, members of chambers of commerce, and BDC representatives. The following selection criteria apply to all nominees: the originality of the business concept, its success, growth potential, and social involvement. The panel also considers the entrepreneur's age when the business was started and any special challenges that had to be faced. The 2006 Young Entrepreneur Awards ceremony will take place on October 17, in Moncton, New Brunswick.
