Canyon Ranch, an established resort and health spa company, will soon be providing Chicago residents with a unique resort concept: spas designed with full-time residential occupancy in mind.

Canyon Ranch, long considered a vanguard in the world of luxury spas, will soon be serving the residents of Chicago with one of the world’s first spa and wellness centers designed for residential living. For anyone who has ever savored the spa experience at the company’s flagship Tucson property and wished it never had to end, Canyon Ranch Living Chicago, partnered with LR Development, will soon offer them that lifestyle opportunity.
The 67-story tower, overlooking the city’s renowned entertainment and shopping district known as the Miracle Mile, will include more than world-class facilities for pampering and relaxation. Plans include 256 residential condominiums, 128 hotel condominiums, a 65,000 square-foot health and wellness center, restaurants and the unique opportunity to live in an environment devoted to exercise, health and relaxation. Experienced Canyon Ranch wellness professionals will staff the center, along with physicians and medical staff from the Cleveland Clinic. A recent Forbes magazine interview quoted Thomas Weeks, president of LR, as saying, “We will do nothing less than introduce an entirely new lifestyle concept, centered on healthier living, for discerning urban residents.”
