THE ASBURY PARK JAZZ FEST IS BACK FOR IT’S 18TH YEAR
For the past decade the City of Asbury Park has been going through a revitalization process making it one of the state’s most attractive cities on the New Jersey Shore. From its redevelopment projects and great ocean views, the City of Asbury Park has become the standard for growth in the State of New Jersey. Welcoming families and seniors alike with its grandeur and impeccable taste in dining and nightlife the City of Asbury Park has become a stop on every Jersey Shore Beach comer’s trail.
This year Mayor Kevin G. Sanders and The City Council present an HSP Production of The Asbury Park Jazz Festival. President, Hassan Sharif of HSP Productions, a New Jersey based Event Planning and Marketing Firm has taken the reigns this year bringing it’s own charm to an already delightful festival. Having worked with such great artists as Regina Bell, Angie Stone, Freddie Jackson, Lauryn Hill, and The Whisper’s, HSP has grown to become one of the premiere event firms in The State of New Jersey. With various successful initiatives across the state, HSP has made it’s own mark on the need for community based entertainment by producing the successful “Juicy Jam” for the City of Orange and “Summer in the Zone” for the Township of Irvington. Now HSP has come to the shore to bring it’s well-established reputation of great community based entertainment.

This year’s headliner of a list of diverse entertainment is Ronny Jordan, one of the leaders of the movement in acid jazz. at Sunset Park the Victor Jones Cultur-versey, an East Orange, New Jersey native “Being Mayor of Asbury Park at this vital juncture of economic and structural revitalization has been the highlight of my career. Kicking off the summer season Asbury Park invites many visitors to the beautiful Sunset Park to enjoy a weekend of diverse music and entertainment the entire family can enjoy.
