Toronto, Ontario, Canada – June 22, 2006 – Photography Corner (www.PhotographyCorner.com) has announced that Lucy (username: lucipaz) is the winner of the site’s latest Contest Corner Challenge, and as such has been awarded the MX400 Messenger Style professional camera bag provided by Kiesel Bags. The recent challenge asked photographers to photograph, regardless of what they worship, a place of worship. In addition, photographers were asked to accompany their photograph with a 25-word description of why they chose the location as a place of worship. PhotographyCorner.com began offering Contest Corner Challenges in July 2004, and new challenges are issued approximately fifteen times per year.
With almost 20% of the votes from a total of 22 qualifying submissions, Lucy won the recent Contest Corner Challenge #22: Place of Worship with a photo taken on the shore of the Sea of Galilee with a communion cup and an open Bible in the foreground, and a sunset over the Sea of Galilee in the background. This is Lucy’s first Contest Corner Challenge win.
