Get your own private condo home onboard the Magellan residential cruise ship and travel the world in splendor and luxury.
For_Immediate_Release:

June 27, 2006 (Press Release) -- At some point in your life you realize it’s time to reward yourself for all the hard work. You want to travel, and you want another home in a great location. Now you can have both. At 800 feet long with 15 decks and a crew of 300, the Magellan luxury cruise ship is a floating castle.

As the ultimate residential cruise ship, the Magellan offers 200 condos for private ownership from $1.8 million to $8 million. Fractional ownership is also offered for as little as $156,250 for a month. “You can own June and July of each year, but the ports of call will be different each year as the Magellan navigates the world every two years.” says promoter REALTOR® Matt Deuitch. “Full or fractional ownership allows for the best investment possibilities that fit into annual schedules.”

You can conduct business as needed by in-room computer with internet or by one of the two on-call Bell 429 jet helicopters that depart from the on-board helipad. When it’s time to relax you can do so in style. A sports bar with sports betting NY style deli and microbrewery; Monte Carlo style casino; cigar room; two golf simulators; fully equipped workout facility; jogging track; and in-room plasma TV’s provide perfect getaways. “Of course the incredible ports of call are the real reward.” adds Deuitch, “And the stays are 2-3 days, not just a few hurried hours.” Even transportation to shore is first class with multiple mahogany appointed Venetian tenders bringing you to port and back. But you’ll find time to enjoy the two pools, botanical garden, observatory, 450-seat theater, and world class dining on board.

The Magellan was envisioned by real estate developer Randall Jackson while on a cruise with his family in the straits of Magellan. At 60% larger than any other residential cruise ship, he decided to make a statement as well as build a ship. Only the best will do, and the word is getting out. CNN, the Wall Street Journal, and Yachting magazine have all run stories. The condos are selling well and are already appreciating. How else can you see the world and make a great investment at the same time?
