Atlanta – Voices of Christ Literary Ministries International™, home of the Voices of Christ Prophetic Poetry Team™, has officially launched its online prophetic writing and mentoring ministry and network for creative writers. The ministry which is called , The Scribal Anointing™, is hosted at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/thescribalanointing/. Membership is required.
“Since Voices of Christ launched nearly six years ago, we’ve received multiple requests from writer’s world wide to interact with one another, learn more about the spiritual aspect of their giftings, and to receive teaching, training and mentoring through our ministry,” said VOC President and Founder Theresa Harvard Johnson. “We have successfully held workshops, classes and participated in conferences to bring the ministry of creative prophetic writing to God’s scribes, but we haven’t been able to go everywhere and meet everyone. There are just so many people who need this.
“Expanding the ministry to an on-going online discussion board that is updated everyday, provides us an opportunity to do this. Best of all, people from all over the world never have to leave their homes and they can talk with me and members of the home-based team at will.”
The Scribal Anointing™ online group is dedicated to affirming and nurturing the prophetic, creative writing gifts of men and women in their calling to write. Within the group, writers can share their work; give and receive constructive criticism; get detoxed from the world’s perspective on what creative writing should be; learn what the Holy Bible says about their writing gifts; learn about The Scribal Anointing™; exchange ideas and information; network with one another; share news and information about products, books and events, and more.
“The possibilities here are endless. I want prophetic writers to know that this is not just another writing group on the web,” said Johnson. “It’s a place to meet, network and learn about what it means to write the words we hear from God. God has a special work to do in the lives of those who have a passion to write his words. It is time for those writers to come forth. What they have inside them, someone else needs.”
