Business Arc Limited announced the launch of a new web based Customer Service Portal to support its growing customer base of UK small businesses BIZARC.COM.
Marking the end of an 18 month development cycle the newly released web application will automatically handle new customer acquisitions, capacity provisioning and front line support queries for its entire customer base.
The company’s considerable success since it came to market just a year ago has principally been borne out of a huge demand from more and more companies needing to cut the technology overspend of recent years and concentrate on core activities. 2006 is set to be one of the most interesting and exciting years for software and professional services since Microsoft launched Office.
