Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles negotiated 10 retail leases in Southern California for a total value of more than $6.3 million.

June 28, 2006 (Press Release) -- Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles, the largest landlord representative brokerage firm representing institutional and professional retail property owners on an exclusive basis in the Southern California marketplace, announces 10 retail lease transactions in Southern California for a total value of more than $6.3 million.

Wells Fargo Bank signed a 15-year lease for 5,400 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $3,492,720 at Platt Village Shopping Center, located on Platt Avenue in West Hills. The tenant, which was represented by Colliers International of Encino, is expected to open at 6460 Platt Avenue in early July 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for Platt Village and represented the landlord, ICI Development of Santa Ana, Calif., in the lease transaction.

The UPS Store signed a 5-year lease for 1,466 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $270,855 at the Kmart Center, located on San Fernando Road in Burbank. The tenant, which was represented by Cypress Retail Group of Culver City, is expected to open at 1090 N. San Fernando Road, Suite 1-A in late September 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for the Kmart Center and represented the landlord, Sterik Burbank, LP, in the lease transaction.

The Comic Book Guys signed a 3-year lease for 1,683 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $141,849 at CityPlace, located on Pine Avenue in Long Beach. The tenant, which represented itself, is expected to open at 580 Pine Avenue, Suite #J-130 in July 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for CityPlace and represented the landlord, TEC Property Management Inc. of Los Angeles, in the lease transaction. The Comic Book Guys is a new business.

It’s My Party Store and H&R Block signed leases at Phillips Village Center in Pomona. It’s My Party Store signed a 5-year lease for 1,566 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $174,597. The tenant, which was represented by $1.00 Store Services of Las Vegas, NV, is expected to open at 4-14 Village Loop Road, Unit #12-V in August 2006. H&R Block signed a 5-year lease for 1,285 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $196,481. The tenant, which was represented by Colliers International of Irvine, is expected to open at 4-14 Village Loop Road, Unit #12-E in January 2007. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles represented the landlord, MCC Realty Investments of Beverly Hills, Calif., in the lease transactions.

Dental Office signed a 10-year lease for 1,190 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $383,899 at Lakewood Marketplace III, located on South Street in Lakewood. The tenant, which represented itself, is expected to open at 5699-B South Street in September 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for Lakewood Marketplace III and represented the landlord, Toibb Enterprises of Woodland Hills, in the lease transaction.

Wienerschnitzel & Taco Del Mar signed leases at the Challenger Center located at the northwest corner of Avenue K and Challenger Way in Lancaster. A Lancaster-based franchisee of Wienerschnitzel signed a 20-year lease for 2,042 square feet for a total consideration of $795,000. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in December 2006 at 825 E. Avenue K. Taco Del Mar signed a 5-year lease for 1,135 square feet for a total consideration of $180,776. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in October 2006 at 805 E. Avenue K, Suite 103. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles, in conjunction with Kirnan Commercial of Woodland Hills, are the exclusive landlord representatives for the Challenger Center and represented the landlord, McClean Properties of Carmel, Calif., in the lease transactions.

AIM Mail Center signed a 5-year lease for 1,400 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $124,871 at the Mission Plaza shopping center, located on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City. AIM Mail Center, which was represented by Alvey Commercial Real Estate of Fountain Valley, is expected to open at 35935 Date Palm Drive in October 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles represented the landlord, First Mission Properties of Encino, in the lease transaction.

Cycle Gear signed a 5-year lease for 4,966 square feet for a total consideration of $540,000 at Sycamore Village, located on Cochran Street in Simi Valley. The tenant, which was represented by Epsteen & Associates of Santa Monica, is anticipated to open at 2880-A Cochran Street in September 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for Sycamore Village and represented the landlord, Fishman Investments in Cayucos, in the lease transaction.
