A petition for a writ of certiorari was filed in the Supreme Court of the United States on May 18, 2006, and placed on the docket June 7, 2006. Pursuant to Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States the due date for a Brief of Opposition is Friday, July 7, 2006.
Stanley R. Siler, Petitioner request joinder of two Petitions docketed in the Supreme Court of the United States. (i. e. Docket: 02-8966 and Docket: 05-11370) to resolve all issues in dispute. The Supreme Court of the United States may order that two or more cases involving the same or related questions be argued together as one case.
