Recycling printer cartridges to aid charity
The RecycleAID is putting its weight behind the recycling of printer cartridges. The funds raised will be used to support local and national charities.
Working in partnership with Cartridge Express Recycling Ltd will receive up to £2.80 for ink cartridge and up to £6.50 for every laser cartridge that can be re-manufactured. RecycleAID are hoping to rise over £175,000 within the first year of the recycling program.
'We're encouraging every computer user - both at work and home - to recycle their printer cartridges for the benefit of the charities we work with.
It's and simple to get involved, home users, businesses and corporate companies can all donate there empty cartridges to a charity of there choice and they'll be helping to raise vital funds. What's more, they'll be doing their bit to protect the environment, and support the community all in one go.'
