Cebu Philippines, 19 July 2006 – iCatchIT CEO Jonathan Corners announced today that Sage CRM distributor in Australia, ACTfirst!, will partner with iCatchIT to provide BPO services to their market in Australia. The agreement culminates extensive negotiations between Mr. Corners and Mr. David Gill, General Manager of ACTfirst! for the Asia-Pacific Region. This much anticipated move puts both companies in better position to develop the Australian-Asian market.
ACTfirst! markets ACT! 8, a Contact Management application produced by Sage Software. ACT! 8 provides total solutions for the SMB Enterprise. From leads management to contact information management and customer information handling, ACT! 8 enables a business to administer the entire customer relations status of a company from just one seat. Aside from selling the product, ACTfirst! also provides consulting, software customization, database repairs, and technical support to their customers.
Newly appointed iCatchIT Operations Manager for Australia, Cecil Casas shares her enthusiasm over the project. “We’re both anxious and excited with this project. Anxious because of the immense responsibility and excited because this is an awesome opportunity for us to shine.” Jonathan adds, “This is another milestone landed by iCatchIT. I am very proud of the quality of service that we offer.”
David is confident that the newly formed iCatchIT team, Team Australia, can deliver the market’s requirements. “I chose iCatchIT mainly because of the success of the networking project that Jonathan implemented for us some time ago. When I finally made an on-visit to the Cebu site, I only expected Filipino sunshine but I was pleasantly surprised to see infrastructure and up-to-date technology and a lot of very talented people,” remarked David.
As of press time, Team iCatchIT Australia is now setting up additional infrastructure and training sales and support staff necessary for the turnover which is slated to be completed next month.

Outsourcing firm iCatchIT and Sage CRM Australian distributor Actfirst! recently signed a partnership agreement that will bring iCatchIT to Australia.
