Speaking photo albums
A new computer program for compiling and viewing speaking photo albums is released on May 2006. It is Everica 2.0 viewer (http://www.everica.com/). You can now associate with your friends more emotionally through large distances.
The procedure is simple: you choose photos, add your voice comments to them and send this voice photo album to your friend. He is glad to see your face and to hear your voice!
Share your impressions, not only photos!
People like travelling. When travelling they get new impressions. They usually take photo cameras to store the impressions as photos, and there are convenient digital photo formats today to store photos on computer storage devices. The stored photos can be shared using, for example, e-mail services. In such way you can show your friend in another place, far from you, what you have seen, and your friend can appreciate your impressions with you together.
And you can now share not only images you have seen and taken but also emotions you feel. You can tell your friend something about the image. He will hear your comment when looking at the photo, and this will be more interesting for him.
Everica main application fields
For family:
You can create a voice photo album using Everica. Choose necessary photographs with a dialog box, attach sound comments to them (you can use an already prepared sound file as comment or dictate it through the microphone), save the album in one file that can be written to a portable data storage device or sent via e-mail. When anyone receives your album, it is enough that he opens it, looks and listens it.
For business:
If you have to present your partners an object, such as a new sport complex, electrical generator etc., and you have some 3 dimension models of this object and of its parts, you can compile a slide sequence of these models and add a sound comment to each slide. Now you can connect a slide projector to your computer and present the object. During the presentation the models are rotating, and the model is being shown while the correspondent sound comment is being played. You can stop playing sound, change rotation speed and direction, draw the model near to show an important detail and then continue playing the presentation. Besides 3D models you can use 2 dimension images, for example, photographs or diagrams. It can allow your colleagues to better take your presentation up.
For education:
Everica can be useful for teachers. The program allows viewing not only slide shows, but single models too. You choose the model and view it while you need, then you can choose next model. During teaching chemistry 3D models of molecules or atom electronic clouds can be presented. Biology teacher can show dinosaurs models. In geometry Everica can be used to view space bodies, etc.
For oneself
If you want to view all photographs contained in a certain folder, you can use function Slideshow for folder. You can change delay time between slides and choose normal or full screen mode. If you command "Start", all photographs will be shown one after the other.
