Roger Williams, owner of Shooters Broadcast Services (SBS-Toronto), announces a name change to Image Central Broadcast Rentals (ICBR-Toronto). Nationally, we are a new company with a new focus on quality and customer service. Our Image is your Image.

Image Central Broadcast Rentals Inc. follows the other video brand names of Image Pacific Communications Inc. and Image Pacific Broadcast Rentals Inc. A new name and new leadership headed by Dale Rechner, National Operations Manager, will ensure you top quality facilities, crews, and service for your production needs.

Image Pacific Communications is considered one of the world’s leading developers of EPK and DVD productions. IPC expanded its capabilities in 2004 with the acquisition of Shooters Broadcast Services. Today, from offices in Toronto and Vancouver, ICBR and IPBR are major players in Canada for High Definition and Standard Definition video production equipment, with over 45 HD, XD, Digital Betacam, Betacam-SP, DVCAM, HDV, and DV cameras available, as well as a six-camera mobile control room with complete HD uncompressed non-linear Final Cut Pro edit facilities to support live on-location and event production.
