Four Vines Winery Hosts Wine Dinner at Clay Hill Farm Restaurant

August 4, 2006

CAPE NEDDICK, ME, Aug 4, 2006 -- Four Vines Winery, makers of traditional and eclectic wines, will host a raucous affair at Clay Hill Farm restaurant on Monday, August 7th at 7:00 p.m.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) August 4, 2006 -- Bill Grant, co-owner of Four Vines, will be on hand to showcase some of the winery’s most popular and eclectic varietals.

Jennifer Lewis, Event Manager and Clay Hill Farm owner, said, “We are thrilled to have Four Vines back for a wine dinner this summer. Their wines are a personal favorite and we look forward to another sell-out!"

The evening’s menu is as follows:

“Naked” Chardonnay Santa Barbara 2004 will make guests feel overdressed when it’s served with scallops ceviché over cucumber cream with lemon-lime zest.

“The Biker” Zinfandel, Paso Robles 2004, calls for a leather jacket and chaps when paired along side roasted beet salad over bitter greens especially when finished with goat cheese and aged balsamic.

“Anarchy” Central Coast 2004 will bring havoc to the room when the Jamaican jerk crabmeat in endive makes a stage dive onto the dinner table

“The Peasant” Paso Robles 2004 will humble patrons when it accompanies bacon wrapped veal loin with a four peppercorn demi-glace served with a tri-vegetable terrine and foie gras ravioli

“Loco” Paso Robles 2004 screams olé as it charges towards the petite filet mignon finished with black truffle oil and wild mushrooms and cowers behind roasted vegetables and potato hash

Syrah Port 2003 seduces its prey when it charms them with Stilton cheese, fresh figs and candied walnuts
