Phoenix-- June 30, 2006—Capital Title Agency, Inc. a subsidiary of Capital Title Group, Inc. (NADAQ: CTGI) announced that it opened its 43rd and 44th offices today in Phoenix.

August 8, 2006 (Press Release) -- Capital Title Agency, Inc. Opens Two Hispanic Offices in Phoenix Market
Phoenix-- June 30, 2006—Capital Title Agency, Inc. a subsidiary of Capital Title Group, Inc. (NADAQ: CTGI) announced that it opened its 43rd and 44th offices today in Phoenix. The new offices bring the companies office sites to 34 Phoenix locations and will be the first two offices that will cater almost exclusively to the Hispanic community. The company also has offices throughout Maricopa County, Mohave County, and Yavapai County.
"With the opening of our West Camelback Office and our Squaw Peak office, we are continuing to build our franchise by providing title and escrow guidance and leveraging our strong presence in the Hispanic marketplace." said Milt Ferrantelli, president, Capital Title. The new offices are located at 7000 N.16th Street at Glendale Avenue, Suite 158, in the Squaw Peak Promenade II office building, and at 1951 W. Camelback, Suite 308 at 19th Avenue and Camelback in the Camel West Plaza. Both offices are in a high-density area of business and professional firms as well as residential neighborhoods.

Jackie Benites, newly named manager of the West Camelback office, brings nine years of escrow and title experience to Capital Title as well as a dedicated team of professionals to the location. “Capital has a great reputation in the Hispanic community and I am proud to be a part of their expansion efforts in the Phoenix marketplace” said Benites. “Both offices look forward to serving our communities under the Capital Title name.”
