All day on Thursday, August 24th, Eggplant turns their patio into a tropical getaway complete with the reggae beats of DJ Friendlyness & I-sax from the renowned local reggae band Truths & Rights.

Eggplant�s executive chef, Christopher Straker has prepared a fabulous Caribbean-style menu especially for this event, featuring barbeque steak, jerk chicken, and authentic Caribbean roti that is sure to be an adventure for your mouth. Quench your thirst with fruity rum cocktails and Red Stripe to beat the summer heat!
