New Facility Offers Location to Browse Company’s Products

At 2,500 square feet, the showroom is located near 3rd Street and Promenade in Santa Monica. Before building a physical location, the company already had a successful online store where customers could purchase materials for trade show events. While the site is often an efficient option for many, Mat Kelly, owner of ExhibitDEAL, says some customers are not comfortable purchasing such high-end marketing materials on the Internet.
Kelly says he wanted to give customers a location where they could physically see all of ExhibitDEAL’s options before deciding which products best fit their marketing needs. The showroom will feature a comprehensive selection of the company’s line of products, including portable panel systems, pop-up displays, banners, literature racks and other materials.
“We find that because we are in such a great location, we get very frequent foot traffic,” Kelly says. “We understand that people buy what they see and this will give us a chance to show off our latest and best products.”
The showroom adds an interactive piece to the customer’s buying experience as well. Kelly says he and his staff will demonstrate the capabilities of the company’s product lines, offer hands-on training and encourage customers to set up different trade show exhibits.
“We’ll show how our pop-up trade show display product can be as small as a six-foot table top or an eight-foot floor display, all of the way up to a 10 by 20 foot long display,” Kelly says.
