OnePageWonder.com, the online humor and entertainment site dedicated to 80s entertainment and kitsch announced its plans today for its first annual Halloween Countdown. Having gained a reputation as an online repository of 80s movie reviews, satirical articles and pop culture, the staff of OnePageWonder.com announces that this year they will celebrate Halloween with style.
The Halloween Extravaganza is set to begin September 1st and will last all the way through Halloween. According to Mark Vuk, the site's owner and main writer, the site will post a new article each day through September and October highlighting a particular aspect of Halloween. "We're working really hard to deliver good, quality Halloween content this year and so far it looks good." Although Vuk would not go into particular details, he did comment that the site would boast a special holiday design as well as special Halloween content such as reviews of classic horror movies, Halloween candy and more. "I know that other sites celebrate Halloween, but we're really working hard to deliver the best Halloween content this year. There is such a demand for good nostalgic Halloween material- I think that people in their 20s and 30s who were raised on Halloween specials and costumes miss that feeling. Adults are celebrating Halloween, but now people go to parties and I don't think that most people celebrate it to the degree they'd like."
