Eggplant�s executive chef, Christopher Straker has prepared a fabulous Caribbean-style menu especially for this event, featuring barbeque steak, jerk chicken, and authentic Caribbean roti that is sure to be an adventure for your mouth. Quench your thirst with fruity rum cocktails and Red Stripe to beat the summer heat!

Time: 11:30 am until close. Eat, drink and vibe to the island flair! Steel drum players entertain the lunch crowd @ 12:30 pm. Live entertainment starts for the dinner rush @ 6:00 pm with steel drum player Gareth Burges. Friendlyness & I-sax spin reggae beats @ 7:00 pm and perform live @ 9:00 pm.
