The affordable SB-36 is easy to use, easy to clean, and has a speedy changeover time, thus increasing production flexibility and productivity.

The SwiftyBagger SB-36 horizontal bagger handles bag sizes from 5�1/2 x 3�1/2 x 1�1/4 up to 11� x 8�1/2 x 3� at speeds of up to 3600 bags per hour. The non-wicket bags may be, flat bottom, gusset, pillow, stand-up or zipper styles. The SwiftyBagger SB-36 horizontal bagger automatically t the bag from the delivery station, positions the bag to be opened, filled, flattened and sealed before discharging it at the other end. Available options such as code dating, bag deflating, hole punching and corner or center capping are available to meet each customer�s requirements.

The SwiftyBagger SB-36 horizontal bagger was designed for ease of use. The flat color touch screen control panel offers an intuitive user interface that is easy to learn and easy to use. The only thing the operator has to do to keep the production going is to refill the bag delivery station with more non-wicket bags as needed.
