Community Banks of Northern California Breaks Ground August 24th on New Lathrop Branch

Community Banks of Northern California, today announced that it will break ground on its new Lathrop branch with a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, August 24th from 5:00 – 6:00 P.M.

August 23, 2006 (Press Release) -- Community Banks of Northern California, a leading community bank headquartered in Tracy, today announced that it will break ground on its new Lathrop branch with a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, August 24th from 5:00 – 6:00 P.M. This full-service branch, which will be managed by Don Jordan, will be the first community-oriented bank to open in the Lathrop area, and will provide local residents and small business with the banking products and services they need within walking distance of their homes or office.

Expected to open its doors in the first part of 2007, the new 2,300-square-foot branch will be constructed at 210 Towne Centre Drive in Lathrop at the new Village Commercial development, which is located on the same street as Lathrop’s new city hall. The bank will be adjacent to several buildings, including the KB Homes Complex and Showroom. Small to medium-sized business, as well as local residents, will have access to complete banking services, including an ATM machine and drive-up banking.
