Judge Stephanie Seymour 10th Circuit Court Conflict of Interest with Cherokee Nation

August 23, 2006 (Press Release) -- Doesn't it matter that 10th Circuit court judge Stephanie Seymour who was one of the three justices of Denver's 10th Circuit court who terminated the Delaware tribe in favor of Cherokee Nation is married to a Tulsa attorney named Seymour who had and may still have contracts and/or business dealings with Cherokee Nation? Is that not called conflict of interest in hearing a court case? Where is the real justice? It certainly isn't Stephanie Seymour.

The case should be reversed immediately and she should be stripped of her right to practice law for being unjust.
