Trillions of dollars circulate in the world every day, money moving through the air and funding multi billion dollar businesses. Is a multi billion dollar business hard to imagine? How about a multi million dollar business? Can you picture yourself as a millionaire?
We all know that it would be "nice" to have that kind of money, but that doesn't mean we believe it.
Well... If you don't really believe you can have this level of income and success the chances of you ever getting there are slim to none. Even if you actually won a lottery and received millions the odds are against you for being able to keep that money, and stats prove that most folks who come into wealth like that loss it all within 3 to 5 years. In some cases they are worse off.
How is that possible? Well the simple truth is that is Uncle Joe is used to earning $32K a year and that is the best he has ever done and he can't see himself a rich, or ever making more, Uncle Joe thinks like a $32K earner. Ever decision he makes is based on that figure and everything he does or doesn't do is based on that amount of money. One day, Uncle Joe get's lucky... He wins the lotto and suddenly he has $17 Million dollars!
What’s the first thing Uncle Joe will do? Spend money! He will do all the things that he thinks rich people will do, he will buy cars, houses, travel, give money away to "needy" friends and relatives who all arrive in time to receive it. He may attempt to play the stock market, but oddly he ends up having bad luck at that. He may bank roll a new business, and /or a project or two, but strangely, as good as they sounded they end of losing money. And one day Joe wakes up and realizes he's got millionaire's bills, but the money is gone!
Can you guess what the missing ingredient is for Uncle Joe? He never learned to "be" a millionaire. He never stopped being, or thinking like the guy who makes $32K a year and so everything he did he lost on because ultimately life was adjusting he bank account to match his belief.
It is that simple. Become a millionaire by believing and thinking like a millionaire and life and opportunity will rise up to greet you. It may not happen over night and you will have lots of work to do on yourself, your conscious and subconscious mindset, the way you talk, the things you focus on, all of this will come into the light and any and all limiting beliefs that conflict with where you have decided to go and who have you decided to be will demand some of your time and energy to become aware of and shift. However... If you knew that doing this work on yourself, combined with the right opportunity and vision, that you could reach your goal of becoming a millionaire, would you show up and do the work for as long as it took?
If you're answer is not yes, than I respectfully suggest that you are not serious about becoming a millionaire and that is fine, just stop kidding yourself and wasting time. Always be true to yourself, or at least have the courage to admit where you are at right now and what you are and aren't willing to do about it and you will, at the very least, be a happier person.
Mindset is everything and knowing that you must be willing to show up and do the work if change is even a possibility. However, once you have made that decision and once you are committed to doing the work, you will also require a real opportunity to put your into the financial drivers seat of your life. Decide what you want and go for it. Think like a millionaire; expect to see that money showing up and you will attract the perfect opportunities, people and situations to make it so.
