Nostra Toscana's founders, Eva Lipps and David Freda offer group travel packages in western Tuscany (nearest large city is Pisa, 50 km away), placing guests in villas and introducing them to the local culture so visitors immediately experience the Etruscan Coast way of life the way no other tourists can.

Freda says, "Our goal is to make our clients feel at home, to build a bridge to the local culture, to take them around to places that natives personally enjoy doing. We accompany them to nearby spots ourselves, and seek to make their trip as we would want it were we the clients. Most importantly, we are available all the time to answer client questions and to help them communicate with the locals."

Nostra Toscana locates Western Tuscany villas to serve as base camps. Guests visit local cafes and sites of interest customized to each group's needs and are introduced to the founders' acquaintances along the way. If guests want to "go it alone," Nostra Toscana helps them plan routes and will offer suggestions about places to visit.
