Web surfers have the widest variety of recipes on the Internet -- from simple dinners to full three-course meals -- available free from ArcaMax Publishing's Recipes section.

The family-friendly news source, which specializes in free informative ezines (newsletters delivered by e-mail), offers six different recipe categories on the ArcaMax Web site -- http://www.arcamax.com/recipes -- and free by e-mail. Subscribers to the complete Recipes ezine "bundle" receive a new newsletter each day with everything from food trivia to health tips in addition to the recipes. The publications are also available for individual subscriptions. ArcaMax Publishing CEO Scott Wolf says the section has "something for everyone. Some of our readers are expert chefs and need new and interesting recipes to challenge themselves. Others are looking for healthy alternatives and simple versions of classic tastes."

The following are the recipe categories:
