SALT LAKE CITY – September 7, 2006 – CRM Real Estate today announced the general availability of RecruitTool, its online real estate agent recruiting service. Until now, RecruitTool™ has been available only to select Coldwell Banker – NRT offices in Utah.
“RecruitTool has far exceeded our expectations,” said Max Thompson, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Utah NRT. “I’m not aware of anyone else who offers a user-friendly, Web-based recruiting service providing high-quality agent recruits while bringing internal accountability to the recruiting process.”
After implementing RecruitTool, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Utah NRT saw a net agent gain of more than 100 agents from 2004 to 2005.
“While other brokerages in the state were struggling to keep up with the personnel demands created by our explosive housing market, RecruitTool helped us meet our need to find and hire new agents better than any other method we had tried,” said Jaren Davis, 2005 president of the Utah Association of Realtors.
Two features separate RecruitTool from competing services. First, RecruitTool is an entirely Web-based service: every aspect of the service is performed and stored online. Once agent referrals enter the database, CRM Real Estate professionals personally screen the job candidates to find the best match between the candidate and current clients. Once a prospective hire is found, CRM Real Estate arranges an interview between the candidate and the hiring broker and notifies the client of the pending interview via email.
“What I like most about RecruitTool is that I can be confident that the referrals meet my office’s needs and the individual will fit into our brokerage,” said Chris Small, vice president of sales with Coldwell Banker Advantage Realty in Little Rock, Ark. “I get an email from CRM Real Estate notifying me that I’ve got an interview set for a pre-screened job candidate. That means that I go into the interview knowing in advance that the candidate already meets my requirements, which makes the hiring process more efficient and leads to a more profitable office.”
Pricing for each referral generated through the RecruitTool service begins at $200 or $250 for entry-level or experienced agents, respectively. The minimum commitment for the RecruitTool service is $2,000 a month, which provides each office between 8 to ten pre-screened agent interviews per month.
Clients can stipulate whether the referrals are entry-level or experienced agents or a mixture of both. Clients requiring more or fewer than 8 to ten referrals a month can contact CRM Real Estate for custom pricing.
