Christine Dolce AKA Forbidden breach of contract with FlashOutlet.com

LAS VEGAS-- September 10th, 2006 -- FlashOutlet announced today that Christine Dolce aka Forbidden has breached their May 31st, 2006 contract. The contract was an agreement that FlashOutlet would design multimedia services for Forbidden and would be added on Forbidden's myspace.com web page as a Top 8 friend. FlashOutlet agreed to give Forbidden 90 days to add the FlashOutlet Top 8 link onto her page and must be added by September 7th, 2006. Forbidden's manager refused to add the FlashOutlet Top 8 link yesterday because the default picture was a photo of the founder/lead developer Ashley Michaud.

"We want to promote Ashley Michaud because he's a public speaker and one of the highest ranked developers in the world." said Anah Corley of FlashOutlet.com

"The profile picture looks super geeky, makes Christine look bad and has got to be changed.... this top 8 placement is for Flash Outlet, your business, NOT Ashley Michaud." said Forbidden's manager Keith Ruby.

"Forbidden's manager does not have the legal right to say we can not promote Ashley Michaud." said Natasha Nesyna of FlashOutlet.com

Forbidden's Manager then replied with inappropriate language offending the business owners.

"We decided to disable the Forbidden banners from working because we have not been paid for the project. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause Forbidden's fans. We are not going to take legal action to pursue money lost from this project." said Ashley Michaud of FlashOutlet.com
