The employee, who graduated Deans List from Florida State University
and saved company millions of dollars with programs and initiatives, was
the focus of adverse action after expressing his concern over the battle between
DaimlerChrysler and Detroit Diesel and how employees were being treated.
Complaint alleges DaimlerChrysler admitted to the take over being a "war"
had him followed (supported by pictures) and among other things, threatened
him if he was to go to the authorities.
Detroit Diesel was acquired by DaimlerChrysler in 2000.
Plaintiff is reviewing additional federal violations.
