Toronto Independent Music Awards announce nominees and Canadian Band "Shelley Cousins" nominated for R&B Artist of the Year.

The "Shelley Cousins" Band consists of Shelley Buffitt and Randall Cousins along with the late, great guitarist Mark Severn and New York guitarman/singer/songwriter Mike Criscione.
