San Diego, CA October 2, 2006-Once a month investors meet to talk real estate. Not about residential real estate and how to flip a house. They meet to talk about the apartment market and what is the outlook in vacancy? Or, how are condo-conversions affecting the multi-family sector? Investors, agents, and lenders unite to tackle these issues and discuss the future.
“We expect a lot of interaction and opinions from all group members,” Says Michael Stark, who coordinates the events. “Right now in Southern California we have a dynamic market in the multi-family area with market trends showing residential appreciation slowing, causing people to rent.” Stark is a local real estate investment consultant who specializes in multi-family sales for Epifany Properties, Inc., www.EpifanyProperties.com.
“All investors are welcome,” says Stark, “From new to seasoned investors, there is something we can learn from each other.
