New Jersey--Author and lifestyle personality Maria Liberati will heat up the stage with her desirable Italian cuisine recipes and sign copies of her new book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking during the Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival held at the Atlantic City Convention Center on October 6, 7, and 8. This Philadelphia native and former international supermodel is gaining the attention of Atlantic City high rollers and others just the same with her trendy approach to basic Italian cooking. Liberati’s recent publication The Basic Art of Italian Cooking consists of simple recipes intertwined with a fascinating collection of memoirs of her travels through Italy.
