Beverly A. Kruse, Custom Jewelry Designer and Poetess from historic St. Charles MO spent September of 2006 “Designing on Location” at Metamorphecise, a resort spa & fitness center in Pembroke Pines FL. Beverly’s jewelry display case was set up at this location after Beverly received an invitation to sell her custom line of jewelry at Metamorphecise. Stephanie Kruse, Beverly’s daughter-in-law, had asked her to design something special for her boss and owner of Metamorphecise, who was preparing at the time to give birth to her second child. Kruse (a/k/a BKA Originals) and has heard nothing but compliments since the time she received it; wearing it out to dinner with her husband and hearing more of the same. Her first question to Stephanie was, “Why aren’t we selling her jewelry here?” and “We need to set it up.”
Ms. Kruse, a genteel lady, possesses more than meets the eye. While “Designing on Location” at Metamorphecise, Beverly spent time developing relationships with the staff and those who came in for services or their usual workout / exercise class. Many came to know Beverly as a person they can trust and respect for her genuine quality, creativity and the fine craftsmanship of her unique jewelry, as well as the tenderness of her heart that spills over into her work. Beverly patiently takes time to talk with others, young and old alike, offering insight and an appreciation found within the art and craftsmanship of her personally handcrafted designs.
