Charles Volz Re-certifies as an ACT! Certified Consultant for the new product release ACT! by Sage 2007 family of products.

Volz and Associates, Inc. announced today that Charles Volz, a principal of Volz & Associates, Inc. has passed the vigorous recertification exam for the new ACT! by Sage 2007 family of products. The passing mark for this exam is 80%. Mr. Volz had a score of 97%.
Each year for the pased 3 years, Sage has required each ACT! Certified Consultant to recertified. These exams test for indepth technical knowledge of the product. While knowledge builds each year, the exams are still very tough. Most do not pass the first time taking the test and some never pass the recertification. Mr. Volz has pased each year with very high scores.
Asked about the recertifiaction, Mr. Volz said, "It is very time consuming but very throrough. It really test our knowledge of the product. But by going through the recertifiaction, we know we are the best equip to assist current and new clients.
